ON THE WAY HOME FROM A CELEBRATION IN OUR TOWN, I HIT A DEER. I IMMEDIATELY HEARD A LOUD COUPLE OF BANGS, NOT JUST FROM THE IMPACT AND SMOKE WAS COMING OUT FROM THE STEERING COLUMN AND GLOVEBOX. ONSTAR CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND SAID THAT MY AIRBAGS HAD DEPLOYED AND THEY ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. THE CONCERN IS THAT THE AIRBAGS FIRED BUT DID NOT DEPLOY.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2014 Buick Lacrosse Hybrid verdict →
