TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BMW 750 LI. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THERE WAS GRAY AND WHITE SMOKE COMING FROM THE EXHAUST TAILPIPES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO WALKER BMW LOCATED AT 6655 COLISEUM BLVD, ALEXANDRIA, LA 71303 TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE ENGINE VALVE STEM SEALS WERE FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.*DT*JB
