TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2013 TOYOTA SEINNA. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, SMOKE APPEARED UNDER THE PANEL OF THE VEHICLE. AFTER STOPPING, FLAMES APPEARED UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED TO THE SCENE TO EXTINGUISH THE FLAMES. THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
