2013 TOYOTA RAV4. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO BRAKE FAILURE *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED UNINTENDED ACCELERATION CAUSING A CRASH INTO AN UNOCCUPIED PARKED VEHICLE AND A LIGHT POLE. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. *JS
