SUN VISOR DOES NOT STAY IN PLACE. THE VISOR'S LEVEL IS AT MY FOREHEAD, WHICH IS VERY DANGEROUS FOR VISIBILITY AND TO MY HEAD WITH ANY SUDDEN IMPACT. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY VEHICLE I HAVE OWNED. THIS IS MY FIRST MAZDA. I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY MINI VANS WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE REPLACEMENT PART IS $189.00 AND ANOTHER $100.00 TO INSTALL A NEW SUN VISOR.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2013 Mazda CX-9 verdict →
