I have waited over a month for ASC warranty company to cover it & they refuse to after I bought extended drivetrain warranty. The check engine light came on and was told it was a transmission issue till the Dodge dealership told me that it's not covered saying the part needed is supposedly not a part in transmission but mechanics seam to think it should be ,the part is called a hydro shift actuator ,the car has a dual clutch , I've seen this recalled in cars but cannot seam find if this is a failed recall part and still have not got a clue why a part like this would be almost 6 grand to fix on a car valued at roughly 3 grand ,I still owe 9;on it. Why this part is not covered under warranty?

Hello. My complaint is on the motor mounts, the OEM factory/manufacturer ones that car dealers service/replace. Long story short, in 1 year and 3 months’ timeframe, my motor mounts have been replaced not once, nor twice, but THREE times. It runs the risks of damaging my motor/engine internally and is a safety hazard on the road. The first replacement (August 2023) was due to broken motor mounts and about 4-5 mounts got replaced. Eight months later (April 2024), the second incident was due to ‘faulty OEM parts’ quoted by my car dealer who services my vehicle. They replaced 2-3 mounts. This third incident (October-November 2024) is on a six-month old install, still oem parts. I had the left motor mount replaced after my engine started to sound like it was about to fall apart; hence, the safety risk of an engine failing, falling apart, or falling off/out the vehicle while on the road. After this third replacement, the dodge dealer recommended that I file a recall report because they were concerned about the risks and damage caused by all of the motor mounts my car has seemingly been violated from. When researching if this problem is just my car or not, I came across a dodge forum where MANY dodge dart owners of years 2013-2016 have had these motor mount issues. All have said that this should be a recall, and frankly I agree, because replacing motor mounts every 6-8 months is not only ridiculous, but concerning at the amount of risk. I did the math and in the span of 1.5 years and 12,169 miles, my mounts have been replaced at least three times by Laird Noller Ford AND Briggs Dodge. I attached all documents plus the carfax of one replacement that I couldn’t find the document. There is other parts damaged because of these motor mounts also pictured. When will it stop?

The safety of the driver and passenger were at harm on the highway when steering was disabled and the transmission could not be moved after stopping. The problem was produced and was forced to be repaired by a shop for the safety of the driver at expense of the driver. The vehicle was then brought to a dodge dealership in Margate Florida, where the recall was closed, the issue was not fixed. The vehicle broke down immediately following this closure of the recall. The vehicle was inspected and claimed to be repaired by a Dodge Dealership. This is not true. No warning lamps indicated this issue happening once of the two times it broke down.

My car has an extremely bad rough idle. I’ve had an alignment done, new tires, new spark plugs. I’ve done so much work to this car. I have done some extremely deep research and it is a VERY common issue in the 2013 Dodge dart. One thing I also read, is it could be caused due to all of the ground point nuts being painted over, not creating a strong circuit for the ground. That should be a recall because I cannot physically replace all of those nuts. If that’s not the issue, there needs to be an investigation to figure out why this car feels like it will stall out, or I’m going to lose a tire going 65 on the interstate. Something isn’t right with this car and the dealership needs to diagnose it for free knowing it’s such a common issue! I have a very trusted, fully certified mechanic, he has looked at my car, and he is stumped too. No one can figure this out

The service Transmisson lite came on and then it was flashing gear not available and put in N, R, D. but was stuck in N while i was driving on the interstate at 70MPH, I almost got ran over trying to get off the road. The TCM was already replaced. I had replaced the SDU and still does the same thing. This happens often. The car will sit for a while and then it will do it again. It will also rev up like up press the gas pedal down but not touching it, this will happen while setting or after I put it in drive. The Bluetooth isn't working, it will work if the battery is unplugged but then after a day or 2 it stops. I have replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils and it still losses power occasionally. The back up camera doesn't work sometimes also the air condition and the air will come on but shows that it's off. This car is a piece of garbage, and dealers will just keep selling it even though they know it has a lot of issues that they can't seem to fix. Most of the people in the forums all having the same issues that never get fixed! This car needs a total RECALL.

The TCM needed to be replaced, it would flash service transmission on the dash and then say "shift into neutral and then drive or reverse" when attempting to shift it says "gear not available." There is a recall on other cars for this exact reason but my vin number was not included. It would lock up in the middle of the road or when in park. It endangered not only my life but also any passengers. there were no symptoms prior and it started around June 6th, 2024. After replacing the TCM my car had to go into a full sleep cycle before the message would stop appearing. The vehicle was serviced at Midway Auto in Kearney Nebraska, where they also replaced my shifting cable bushing due to another recall that did affect my vin number at the time that it started displaying the message. The dealership has already replaced the TCM and expects me to pay for it even though this is a well know common issue in these cars, so we'll know in fact that there is its own recall that for some reason does not apply to my specific vehicle and I would like to know why, especially if it is a manufactured defect.

I try not to drive unless I have to because it dangerous if the. Car does not give trouble backing our of my house it will do fine. And if it has trouble backing out of driveway it won't stop loosing power any time I have to stop or slow down. I did have 1 recall done last year when I left dealer ship it worked fine for like 7 days and back to doing the same thing. On January 1, 2024 I was getting in my car to go to work. My car would not shift into drive, or reverse. It said "gear not available" After about 30 minutes, it finally went into drive. While driving to work, my car shifting into neutral on it's own. I took my car to a local transmission shop where they said it was the dual clutch that needed to be replaced. SO it was replaced. The issue still persisted and they said it was the hydraulic actuator. I took it to my local Dodge dealership where they said it the TCM needed replaced. So that was replaced. They are now saying it is the hydraulic actuator and odd shift actuator. My car is still at the local Dodge dealership because I can not afford the extra $8000 to fix it. I had no codes show up before January 1, 2024. I have reached out to Dodge and Stellantis about all of the issues and trying to receive financial help. There were recalls in 2015-2016 for the TCM.

Shift Cable Snapped and could not shift the car out of reverse. I thought the car was in park and it started rolling. I had to use the Emergency brake to keep it in place and not roll into the road. The car was towed to a dealer and repaired. I am unaware if the component was inspected by the manufacturer but was not inspected by police or insurance. There were no warnings of the failure before it happened. There was a 2019 recall for the shifter cable bushing that was repaired/replaced in 2019.
