I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR A REAR WINDOW SWITCH. IT COULD CAUSE A FIRE IN THE ELECTRICAL WORKINGS OF THE WINDOWS. I HAVE CONTACTED A DEALER FOR THIS, AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT REMOVED THE FAULTY PART. (ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO). THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT PART FROM CHRYSLER AS OF YET. THE TIME FRAME IS NOT REASONABLE, AS I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST A YEAR FOR THIS TO BE FIXED. *TR

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2013 Dodge Caravan verdict →
