TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 BMW C650GT MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE PURCHASED A RACK CASE FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO CARRY ITEMS AND SUPPORT A PASSENGER. THE CARRY RACK HOWEVER, WOULD NOT REMAIN ATTACHED TO THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED THAT THE SCREWS AND REAR BRACKET TO SUPPORT THE CARRY RACK CASE WERE DEFECTIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 640. *TR
