TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 TOYOTA YARIS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR WAS CONSTANTLY ILLUMINATED FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 1809260488. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
