TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS ENGAGED AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO DECELERATE. THERE WAS A SUDDEN AND RAPID INCREASE IN ACCELERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN OFF THE ROADWAY WHERE THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000. UPDATED 03/20/14*LJ UPDATED 03/21/2014 *JS THE CONSUMER STATED AS TRAFFIC BEGAN TO SLOW DOWN, HE DISCOVERED THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT SLOW DOWN, WHEN HE APPLIED THE BRAKE. UPDATED 04/03/14
