TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 TOYOTA CAMRY HYBRID. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE ERRONEOUSLY ACCELERATED AND THE BRAKES FAILED TO RESPOND, CAUSING IT TO CRASH INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE LEFT FOOT, RIGHT FOOT AND BRUISING TO THE CHEST. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 8,900.
