MY CAR RANDOMLY ACCELERATED ON 2 OCCASIONS , MAY 30, 2013 AND JUNE 27, 2013. THE FIRST INCIDENT RESULTED IN A CRASH, HITTING A POLE, TREE, AND ANOTHER VEHICLE. 2ND INCIDENT WAS A NEAR MISS, ALMOST HAD A HEAD ON COLLISION WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE. MY 9 YEAR OLD SON AND I WERE IN THE CAR. NO RESOLUTION FROM NISSAN. THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT SAFETY. WANT ME TO TAKE CAR BACK WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. *TR

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2012 Nissan Quest verdict →
