TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 NISSAN QUEST. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE CONTACT STRUCK A UTILITY VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT WAS UNINJURED AND DROVE HERSELF TO THE HOSPITAL FOR EXAMINATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN IMPOUND FACILITY. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,000.
