TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD TRANSIT CONNECT. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH OVER A SPEED BUMP, THE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING INDICATOR BEGAN TO ILLUMINATE ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF. THE SIMILAR FAILURE OCCURRED FIVE TIMES WHENEVER TRAVELING OVER UNEVEN ROAD SURFACES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER EACH TIME THE TIRE PRESSURE INDICATOR ALERTED LOW PRESSURE. THE FOUR TIRES WERE INFLATED TO THE PROPER PSI. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE RECENT FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
