WAS DRIVING CAR GOING ONLY 25-30 MPH AND MADE AN ATTEMPT TO SLOW DOWN TO A STOP WHICH I HAD PLENTY OF TIME AND SPACE BETWEEN CAR IN FRONT OF ME AND MY FRONT FENDER TO DO, AS I APPLIED BRAKES I NOTICE IT GO ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR AND MY CAR WOULDN'T STOP WHICH SOON AFTER HAVING PLENTY OF SPACE TO DO IT LED TO A REAR END COLLISION AS MY BRAKES FAILED TO WORK CORRECTLY WHEN APPLIED. I HAVE A POLICE REPORT TO VERIFY THE INCIDENT ON 09/27/2016 IN APPLETON, WI. BECAUSE I WAS GOING AT A REALLY SLOW SPEED AT THE TIME LUCKILY NO ONE WAS REALLY HURT WHEN THIS OCCURRED AROUND 10:00 AM IN AN AREA WITH LITTLE TO NO TRAFFIC AT THE TIME, BUT EVEN KNOW I WAS ONLY GOING AROUND 20 WHEN THERE WAS AN IMPACT MY CAR WHICH WAS NEW PRIOR TO THIS ACCIDENT IS NOW CONSIDERED UNDER STATE LAW IN WISCONSIN A SALVAGE VEHICLE AS REPAIRS EXCEEDED THE VALUE AT THE TIME OF 7000.00

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2012 Chrysler 200 verdict →
