TL * THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEATER WAS ACTIVATED AND OVERHEATED, CAUSING THIRD-DEGREE BURNS TO THE CONTACT'S FOOT. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
