TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2012 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5-10 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, BUT FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO SHIFT THE VEHICLE INTO REVERSE AND PARK; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE KEPT ROLLING FORWARD AND CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO BALLAS BUICK GMC (LOCATED AT 5715 CENTRAL AVE, TOLEDO, OH 43615, (419) 464-7699) TO BE DIAGNOSED, WHICH WAS STILL PENDING. THE VEHICLE WAS SALVAGED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000. *TP *PM
