TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA SEQUOIA. WHILE PARKED ON AN INCLINE, THE CONTACT UTILIZED THE PARKING BRAKE BUT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ROLL FORWARD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC. THE TECHNICIANS STATED THE VEHICLE WAS PERFORMING AS DESIGNED AND COULD NOT BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
