THERE IS A INTERMITTENT PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ON THE DASH, A/C AND MENU DISPLAY. THE DASH GAS GAGE WOULD FLASH EMPTY WHEN THE GAS TANK IS FULL. THE A/C USNI WOULD CUT OFF AND BACK ON AFTER A WHILE. THE DISPALY MEUN WOULD FLASH OFF EVEN WHEN THE RADIO IS STILL PLAYING. ALL OF THIS HAPPENS WHEN THE CAR IS IN MOTION. IT HAPPENS ON THE HIGHWAY AND CITY DRIVING. THE CAR WAS SERVICED SEVERAL TIME BY THE JAGUAR SERVICE CENTER BUT THE COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED.

How to use these: a complaint is one owner’s report, filed voluntarily and published unverified. Patterns matter more than any single story. If several owners describe the same failure at similar mileage, put that system at the top of your pre-purchase inspection list. Back to the full 2011 Jaguar Xj (lwb) verdict →
