I had a recall on my 2011 Ford explorer for toe Links and bushings. Since ever since this has been going on I have gone through 38 tires in the rear in the past two years alone no shop will fix my car because the camber is so out of whack I have to have the whole rear suspension redone again when it should have been fixed the first time with the recall link Ford spent 5 minutes going through my car and said that my car didn't qualify for any recall because my car is a front wheel drive and not an all-wheel drive so they did not do the recall now after bringing it to another shop I have the estimate of what it would cost to fix that needs to be done it is an emergency because when I hit a pothole I go in the ditch my friend and his smashed because I can't control my car my steering freezes while driving down the highway and this all has something to do with the rear suspension five Star automotive wrote down everything that needs to be replaced this is a hazard to be on the road, if I could afford another car I would have one I keep sinking money into this one, because of Link Ford and their mistake me and my car should not have to suffer for it or anyone else on the road because this is a hazard my car is going to kill someone if I would have had the recall replaced, I wouldn't have had to spend an additional $1,400 on parts and labor that never even got put in because they can't put them in until this is repaired I can't even get a front end alignment because of this the entire rear suspension is sagging to the ground and my tires tilt in about 42°. I have the printout from both Link Ford in mining and 5 star automotive in Superior WI because of the 22 times I've gone in the ditch due to my suspension and steering locking up I have a short in the ground wire somewhere that is now fried my ECU so when I put it in a $90 boot every time it lights on fire within 30 seconds I'm in closing that picture as well of the one I just put in little over an hour ago.

While driving on a busy road. My ford explorer suddenly died. I was driving with my children. The water pump suddenly went bad causing my engine to seize. This is the second time that I have had to replace the water pump and in which I have almost been part of an accident. The repairs have been very very costly.

"2011 FORD EXPLORER CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING CONCERNS RECALL" ACCIDENT OCCURRED ON MAY 14, 2019 AT HOUSTON, TEXAS I SLEPT OFF WHILE DRIVING AND RAN INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE WHO STOPPED AT A STOP LIGHT WAITING FOR THE GREEN LIGHT TO TURN ON. I WAS NOT ABLE TO STOP AT THE STOP LIGHT BECAUSE I SLEPT OFF BECAUSE OF CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING. I HAD NO REASON TO EXPERIENCE SUCH. I WAS ALSO, CONSTANTLY SMELLING FUEL COMING INTO MY 2011 FORD EXPLORER. THE CAR I RAN INTO AND MINE WERE SERIOUSLY DAMAGED. THE POLICE CAME AND WROTE A REPORT ON THE ACCIDENT. ON TWO DIFFERENT MORE OCCASIONS, SAME THINGS HAPPENED TO ME, BUT LUCKILY I DID NOT RUN INTO ANY OTHER CAR OR DAMAGE MY CAR. IT WAS AT THIS JUNCTURE THAT I STARTED TALKING WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS ABOUT MY REPEATED SAD EXPERIENCE DRIVING MY 2011 FORD EXPLORER AND WAS INFORMED BY ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS THAT THERE WAS A NATIONWIDE RECALL ON FORD EXPLORER BECAUSE OF CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING CONCERNS. I DIRECTLY VERIFIED AND DISCOVERED IT WAS TRUE. I THEN WASTED NOT TIME TO CALL, MAC HAIK FORD MOTOR COMPANY, HOUSTON, TEXAS AND COMPLAINED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE DRIVING MY 2011 FORD EXPLORER AND QUESTION WHY I WAS NOT ON TIME, OFFICIALLY INFORMED ABOUT THE 2011 FORD EXPLORER CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING CONCERNS RECALL. THEY APOLOGIZED AND ASKED ME TO BRING IN MY VEHICLE TO BE FIXED FREE OF CHARGES. I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO MAC HAIK, WHERE THE FIXED ONLY THE RECALLS AND NOT THE OVER FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS BODY AND INTERNAL DAMAGES MY VEHICLE SUSTAINED. MY QUESTION NOW IS HOW CAN I GET FORD MOTOR COMPANY TO FIX MY DAMAGED VEHICLE AND THE OTHER VEHICLE I RAN INTO BECAUSE OF THE EFFECTS OF CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING WHICH I SUFFERED WHILE DRIVING MY 2011 FORD EXPLORER, FREE OF CHARGES? *TT *TR CONSUMER STATED CAR WAS REPAIRED, FREE OF CHARGE. THE EXPLORER WAS PUT INTO PARK AND LEFT RUNNING IN THE DRIVEWAY AS I WENT INTO THE HOUSE TO GET MY KIDS. WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE CAR IT DIDN'T MOVE AT ALL. WHILE I WAS GETTING MY KIDS TOGETHER I HAPPEN TO LOOK UP AND SEE MY EXPLORER CRASHED INTO A TREE IN THE BACKYARD. I WENT OUT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND THE EXPLORER HAD GONE UP A SLIGHTLY INCLINED DRIVEWAY, DOWN A HILL, THROUGH AND ALUMINUM FENCE, AND CRASHED INTO A TREE. WHEN I OPENED THE DRIVER DOOR THE GEAR SHIFTER STILL SHOWED IN PARK.

ALWAYS GOT TIRED WHEN I DROVE THE VEHICLE. I NEVER FELT COMPLETELY ALERT WHEN I DROVE IT. I WOULDN'T TAKE MY GRANDCHILD ANYWHERE WITH ME IN THAT VEHICLE BECAUSE I DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE OR SAFE DRIVING IN IT WITH OTHERS. ONE DAY I GOT REALLY LIGHT HEADED AND THE NEXT THING I KNEW IS I WRECKED THE VEHICLE INTO THE SIDE OF AN OVER PASS WALL AT 35 MPH. I NO LONGER HAVE THE VEHICLE, BUT I NEVER KNEW WHY IT HAPPENED. DID THE VEHICLE HAVE A CABIN MONOXIDE LEAK? WHEN I HAD THE ACCIDENT I WAS SO OUT OF IT THAT I THOUGHT A CAR WAS BESIDE ME OR SOMETHING. ALL I KNOW IS I NEVER FELT SAFE DRIVING IT WITH THE WAY IT MADE ME FEEL...UPDATED 12/13/17 *BF *TR
