I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM WORK AND ANOTHER VEHICLE WAS MERGING ONTO THE HIGHWAY ON THE INSIDE SHOULDER. I MADE A NORMAL LANE CHANGE TO AVOID GETTING T-BONED AND MY STEERING LOCKED UP CAUSING ME TO SPIN OUT AND HIT A GUARDRAIL. *TR
