TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN WITH A BF GOODRICH TIRES (N/A), TIRE LINE: ADVANTAGE T/A, TIRE SIZE: 225/55/R16. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT CAUSING THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO A WALL. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE TIRE FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE TIRE WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
