I was driving home and a truck overpassed me on a loose sand area causing me to have to make a sudden brake and my car due to the loose sand and rocks sing around and hit a power pole and the impact to the power pole that was on the corner bounced me car back and my car did a flip and it landed on its front bumper and ultimately rolled over 4 times down a hill and landed on all four tires during the impact front airbags did not deploy my whole entire front dash board exploded and fragments flew everywhere once my car festered to roll the side airbags dropped but did not inflate, at the moment that my car hit the pole my driver seat physically came out of place and and even with my seat belt on it throw me to my backseat and caused the seat belt to me twisted around me, this same issue was allegedly fixed by three way Chevy I had made a report during the time frame of June2023 when three way failed to fix my recall and fraudulently reported the recall repaired yet said no work was done to my car I was in contact with u guys already and this is unfortunately proof that supports my initial report to you from 2023 and need this investigation reopened

LDrivi at 40 mph on a 45 mph street a car suddenly braked ahead of me I bumped my ignition key fob unintentionally when I went to react quick and went to brake and suddenly the car went off I went to swerve as quickly as I could to not rear end the person upfront but the wheel locked and it was so hard to turn that I even hurt my shouldn’t from trying to avoid the car in front but t ended with me crashing the vehicle rear right corner/sideswiped my car and front driver side airbag failed to deployed. 1 month ago three way Chevrolets denied me service for discriminationsl reasons and denied me the repair of u ignition key recall which was never fixed I never got a new programmed key they denied me the rep pair without me paying them 800$ and I couldn’t afford 800 so they denied me service and only gave me a blank uncut key or even programmed they admired to saying they couldn’t repair my recall so they didn’t follow proper protocols and reported. To you as repaired when service documents. Provided by them state they did not in fact repair my recall and denied me the service of the repair which unethical and put my life in danger and others i could have died or cause have liked someone for three ways Chevrolets unethical negligence and making failed reports for unrepairwd recalls

THE PASSENGER CURTAIN SIDE AND DRIVER SIDE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED AFTER MAKING A SHARP LEFT HAND TURN OUT OF A TURNOUT UPON TRYING TO REENTER THE ROADWAY. THE TIRES LOST TRACTION FOR A BRIEF MOMENT AND THE AIRBAGS WERE DEPLOYED OVER MY HEAD ON BOTH THE RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE SEATBELT PRETENSIONERS ALSO ACTUATED AND TIGHTENED VERY HARD. THE CAB WAS FILLED WITH WHITE SMOKE AND MY VISION WAS LOST MOMENTARILY. I WAS TRAVELING TO WORDS THE ROADWAY BUT MANAGED TO STOP PREVIOUS TO ENTERING THE ROAD. THERE WAS ONCOMING TRAFFIC AND I WAS ALSO BURNED AND MY NECK VERY SEVERELY INJURED DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE VIOLENT EXPLOSION RIGHT NEXT TO MY HEAD. MY LEFT EARDRUM IS ALSO PERMANENTLY RUPTURED DUE TO THIS EVENT. MY VEHICLE WAS LOCATED ON A MOUNTAN ROAD IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY 2. HAD THIS HAPPENED IN A CORNER ON THE ACTUAL ROADWAY THE CONSIQUENCES MAY HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE SEVERE. AGAIN NOTHING AT ALL WAS STRUCK DURING THE DEPLOYMENT AND NOTHING HAS BEEN HIT SINCE. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALER THAT MORNING THEY GAVE ME A LOANER BUT STILL AFTER A WEEK HAD NIT EVEN LOOKED AT THE CAR AND INFORMED ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL. WHE N I WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF BED I RETURNED TO THE DEALER RETURNED THE CAR AND TOOK MINE BACK. I CONTACTED LAWYER AFTER L LAWYER BONE OF WHICH WANTED TO HELP. I WAS FORCED TO GO BACK TO WORK AS I AM SELF EMPLOYED AND HAVE NO OTHER MEANS OF SUPPORTING MYSELF. THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED AND MY MEDICAL ISSUES STILL PERSIST.

I WAS TURNING RIGHT WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND THEN BY MISTAKE THE BACK RIGHT TIRE AND WHEEL HIT THE CURVE AND THAT MADE A LITTLE DAMAGE TO THE WHEEL AND THE WHEEL IS LITTLE BIT DIAGONAL. WORST CASE SCENARIO THE BEARINGS IS BROKEN. MY COMPLAINT IS WHY WOULD THE AIRBAGS DEPLOY THAT MOMENT WHILE THE IMPACT IS ONLY ON THE WHEEL? ALSO MY FRIEND WAS SITTING ON THE PASSENGER SEAT AND AFTER THE AIRBAG DEPLOYED THE POWDER THAT COMES OUT FROM IT GOT ON HIS SKIN AND HE GOT BURNED FROM IT, SINCE THAT IS A VERY DANGEROUS AND CAN CAUSE BURNS IF IT GETS ON UNPROTECTED SKIN, AND IT CAN SEVERELY IRRITATE THE LUNGS IF INHALED. THE MAIN POINT IS THE AIRBAG SHOULDN'T DEPLOY IN A SMALL DAMAGE AS THIS, I HAVE SAID THAT BECAUSE I EXPERIENCED IT WITH 2010 S600 MERCEDES BENZ, THE DAMAGE WAS WAY WAY WORSE THEN THE ONE ON THE CAMARO. THE DAMAGE ON THE S600 WAS TO WHEELS BROKEN AND THE BODY GOT EFFECTED AND THE ACCIDENT WAS VERY SIMILAR TO THE CAMARO AND THE AIRBAG ON THE S600 DIDN'T DEPLOY AND MERCEDES HAVE BETTER QUALITY AND MORE SAFETY THEN CHEVROLET. I WENT TO THE ROYAL CHEVROLET IN WEST BROAD STREET RICHMOND, VIRGINIA. THEY DIDN'T TREAT ME WELL THEY WERE TALKING TO ME AS CHILD THEY DIDN'T EVEN INSPECT THE CAR THEY JUST THE AIRBAGS DID WHAT IT SUPPOSE TO DO THAT WAS BY THE SERVICE MANAGER.
