TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BMW 750I US. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE ELECTRONIC SUSPENSION DISENGAGED AND ENGAGED WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS WERE UNKNOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
